The Mission of the City of Devine Administration Team is to provide continuous quality service to our citizens, businesses and visitors, work with Department Heads to continue to build our working capital and to implement the policies of the City Council, provide administrative oversight, maintain official City files, enhance economic development and make recommendations for a balanced City budget.

This is reflected in the outstanding Audits we’ve had in the past which has placed the City in a good Financial Status. The City is very proud of our above average Financial position which reflects the team work of all the department heads and employees working together to be cautious of the budget.
